WellPro 3000-96 | Serial Dilution

The WellPro 3000-96 has a 12 channel liquid head assembly that is designed to work with 96 well plates.

 

This instrument can perform tests by Column with 8 pipette tips or by Row with 12 pipette tips.

Serial Dilution

Perform Serial Dilutions by row or by column in 96 well plates or tubes with the WellPro 3000-96,
and in 384 well plates with the WellPro 3000-384.

The 12 or 24 channel liquid head provides exceptional speed, accuracy, and precision.

Tip volume ranges for the 96 well plates are 1 - 200ul, and for the 384 well plates are 1-50ul.

Perform multiple serial dilutions in one plate, ie; three dilutions in one 384 well plate dilution
from column 1-8, 9-16, and 17-24, Or two dilutions in a 384 well plate by row, A-H and I-P.

Easily programmed protocols can be saved by name or protocol number for easy recall.

Plate Replication

Whether the WellPro you choose is designed for 96 or 384 well plates you will find it fast and easy to do plate replication by column (Portrait mode) or by row (Landscape mode).

Plate Replication, Plate-to-Plate transfer, Mother-Daughter plates, Plate Stamping; whichever the terminology used in your laboratory, the WellPro is the right choice.

Protocols to transfer from plate to plate, or tubes to plate, are flexible, easily programmed via the Color LCD touch screen controller, and can be stored by name or number for quick recall the next time you want to run your protocol.

The researcher can choose from many parameters for their protocols.

Source and Target Plate Types including Flat, U, and V bottom plates, micro-tubes, custom plate height settings and PCR plates.

Easily program transfer volumes of 1-200ul for 96 well plates, and 1-50ul for 384 well plates. Choose mixing and mix volumes before and/or after transfer if desired, dispensing speeds, tip changes with each row or with each plate, transfer by column or by row, select which rows to transfer, and many other options.

Plate Filling

Filling microplates with the WellPro is easy and precise and can be performed either by row (Landscape mode), or by column (Portrait mode).

Both the Wellpro designed for 96 well plates, and the WellPro designed for 384 well plates, utilize disposable tips for plate filling. This provides very precise delivery not found in pump based systems, and eliminates the potential for cross contamination or the need for washing fixed tip technologies.

The researcher can easily program plate filling protocols via the Color LCD Touch Screen Controller.

Many parameters can be selected for your protocol, including;

Reagent/Sample source reservoir, 20, 60, 80 or 100ml, or custom reservoir

Delivery volume 1-200ul per well in 96 well, and 1-50ul in 384 well plates

Plate types, including Flat, U, V, micro-tubes, custom plates and PCR plates

Precise positioning for dispensing is programmable to dispense on top of existing samples if desired

Mixing before and/or after transfer and mix volumes

Tip change can be programmed to change tips for each row, or each plate

Aspirate/Dispense speeds are selectable for high, medium, and low for DMSO or other viscous samples.

Reservoir volume tracking can be enabled to insure enough sample is available for the task selected.

Many other options are available when programming your protocol to provide you with the flexibility needed to maximize your results.

When using the WellPro Micro-Trough triple reagent reservoir you can select the 20ml, 60ml, or 80ml reservoir position for your reagent or sample source. Micro-Troughs are a sterile product that can be used as a disposable, or if desired can be autoclaved for reuse.

The WellPro 100ml Reservoir uses non-sterile disposable reservoir liners that fit in a reservoir base that can be chilled to keep your reagents or samples cool if desired.
