On the request of cheese makers (ARILAIT) for a new type of instrument to replace old technology‚ Ysebaert has developed a fully computerised system to monitor coagulation in ten 10 ml cuvettes of milk.
Based on the measurement on NIR signal attenuation‚ Optigraph make the calculation in real time of all the parameters required for the process : coagulation time‚ firmness evolution‚ firming speed organisation speed__.

Zero maintenance
As opposed to the previous technology‚ the Optigraph does not have any moving parts. Therefore‚ the measurement is not depending on the movement of apendulum that could affect the accuracy of the results.

No time Consuming
Furthermore‚ readings are facilitated and done in real time by the software (No more consummable and possibility to save‚ print‚ export all your results).
