Introducing the OWLS™ system; a label free‚ real-time biomolecularinteraction analyses device based on the optical grating coupler sensortechnology.


The OWLS system is particularly valuable for the detailed analysis of abinding process‚ with a view to elucidate the underlyingphysico-chemical mechanism. Its high sensitivity‚ coupled with the easewith which experiments can be run under controlled hydrodynamicconditions‚ enables many crucial details to be revealed‚ which remainhidden when investigated using less-advanced methods. OWLS measurements with special fluoro-cuvette allows combinedfluorescent labeled & OWLS measurements. Optional Fluoro__BioSensesoftware module is offered for data evaluation & interpretation.
