The simple route to cost-effective headspace sampling

Headspace analysis has generally been limited to costly automatedsystems _ until now! This manual sampler enables you to utilise theheadspace technique in a quantitative‚ economical and precise manner.

Analyse up to six samples at a time using all popular vial sizes‚ from 2 - 27ml.

The accurate oven reaches stabilization in around 8 minutes and canheat samples up to 120°C (±0.5°C). Safety is guaranteed with anautomatic cut-out that limits the oven temperature to 150°C.


Look how easy it is to use:

1. Insert the syringe holder into the heating block
2. Put the syringe into the syringe holder
3. Set the temperature and equilibrium time with the keypad
4. Press start
5. Insert the closed vials containing the sample into the heating block
6. After the equilibrium time has elapsed‚ move the syringe holder tothe first vial. Aspirate the sample by pulling up the plunger.
7. Inject the sample into your GC
8. Repeat for additional samples
