Fully Automated Release Rate Tester

Fully Automated Release Rate Tester

The LOGAN SYSTEM 7000 FULLY AUTOMATED RELEASE RATE TEST SYSTEM is the newest apparatus 7
for dissolution testing required by the USP. This 24 test tube tester is designed for easy and continuous
operation. This machine features heated carrousels instead of a traditional water bath as well as a
rotational carrousel system to replace a traditional row-to-row device.

The LOGAN SYSTEM 7000 is a fully automated system; the design features the LOGAN MDS-1200
for media filling the Logan ATC-1200 for rinsing and cleaning. Logan RRT-7 features a system of two
carrousels; each of them contains 24 tubes to save bench space. Each carrousel allows 12 test tubes
for testing and 12 test tubes that prepare for the next test when the carrousel rotates. The sampling
is by Logan SYSTEM 24 which contains a 24-position syringe pump and a 480-vial collector. The
samples can be drawn from the test tubes during the test or after the test is completed. The shafts for
each type of sample-holders are identical so that all sample-holders are interchangeable which make
it simple to change testing methods. The carrousels also include a safety feature an automatic safety
shut-off switch which turns off the heating system as soon as the temperature rises above the safety
limit and auto resets the system once the temperature cools down. All modules fit on a 60 X 36 lab
bench; that allows the system to run non-stopping tests.

Several options are available for the Logan SYSTEM 7000 including sample transfers to the HPLC as
an online analysis system or online with UV Fiber Optic system or online UV system.

Features:
