    ECOLOGICAL COOLING SYSTEM WITH VACUUM CONTROL FOR LABORATORY ANY ROTARY EVAPORATOR


    It is a highly‚ efficient condensation system‚ pump and environment safe and essential laboratory equipment suitable for any Rotary Evaporator. Cryo Chiller is able to cool at low temperatures‚ by means of circulating liquid‚ the condensation coils of any evaporator brand‚thanks to an efficient and ecological cooling Peltier system. A better condensation can be abtained‚ thus allowing a larger recovery of the evaporated solvent‚ avoiding wasting water‚ reducing any vacuum pump damage and environmental contamination and risk to the operator.Moreover‚ the instruments is equipped with a vacuum pump with anticorrosive PTFE membrane (8 or 2 mbar of final vacuum)‚ a sophisticate vacuum controller and microprocessor which permits to optimize the evaporation process. A condensation trap positioned before the pump and a glass refrigerator (with high thermal exchange capacity) guarantee further scrub of the residual solvents for the safeguard of the operator end enviroment.

    WHY USE CRYOCHILLER:


    CRYOCHILLER has everything a rotary evaporator should have to work safely and efficiently.
    As withSterovac 2 and 3: the pump‚ vacuum controller and the liquid and vapour reduction traps guarantee the vacuum in the system is always optimal and appropriate to the current process.
    At the same time energy saving is guaranteed‚ together with saving of water (no water pump)‚ safety (maximum vapour reduction) and high solvent recovery.
    Cryochiller is also cryostatic: ethylen glycol cools the evaporator coil and enables constant and extremely low temperatures‚ but principally it avoids use of water utilities thereby considerably reducing costs and wastage
